The place is super clean, the staff is very friendly and will take their time to explain the games, my nices and nephew loved all the games we got to play and had a great time there, is definitely more to the youth, young adults and adults. Definitely wear comfy cloths and shoes, I’ll also like to thank Jaret for helping us out, explain us the games and helping us out on them, he is really friendly and was VERY patient with my overly exited kids lol
Annette was such a helpful staff member and she helped our group to facilitate everything. Our experience here was 10/10. Will come back again for sure!
Really fun experience with friendly and helpful staff that made it even better. The games are a lot of fun and there are multiple skill levels to each game making it more challenging by the minute. Our group consisted of two teenagers and three adults and we all had a wonderful time. It is a very ACTIVE experience—lots of running, jumping and fast-paced thinking. We interacted with several different members of the staff during our time there and they were all great.
Had a great time. Competitive atmosphere. We got great help from various staff. Shout out to Nylah, Jared and Megan (apologies for any misspells).
This experience was super fun, can’t wait to do this again and do more of the games they have. Our tour girl was super nice and really helpful for every game. 10/10 I would rate this.
My kid and I had a fantastic day at Active, Union Square location. It was so much fun! It was unforgettable experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back again.
This place is so fun for kids or adults! Very friendly staff and everything moved quickly at check in . It’s mostly self explanatory and a great rush playing. 10/10

Seriously had so much fun!!! Violet helped my friend and I play this one game because we were struggling so much LOL, overall she was helpful especially when we didn’t understand a game. but it was sooo fun. My favorite game is the strike one! Would come again

This was such a nice place. It was immensely fun!! The staff especially Essence, Doug and Ameer, were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the place has a lot to do and it’s super clean. I recommend coming here just with yourself or with friends although I came with friends and it made the experience even better. 10/10!!!
